Om iemand se voete te was is volgens Joh 13 heel in lyn met..........

Om iemand se voete te was is volgens Joh 13 heel in lyn met wat Jesus gedoen en gesê het. Waar sou toilette was en skrop en reg maak in pas, wonder ek. Sondag toe ek by die huis kom het Dina haar skoon in 'n koorsblaar ingewerk in 'n poging om die spoel toilette wat short drops geword het omdat die water stelsel nie werk nie - skoon te kry. Ek het ook ingeval en begin reg maak en 'n vergadering met owerhede gehad en nou werk dit - amper. GLORY!!

    Jy wonder seker wat het dit nou met evangelie verkondiging te doen - cleanliness is next to Godliness - hierdie kinders is Boesmans - die meeste gebruik stokke en klippe en blare in die veld - hier is dit geneig om toilette te blok.

    Die kinders sien ook dat mens omgee - van die onderwysers redeneer: "It is there culture..."

    Die bok projek - GOAT FARM - het Wonderlik momentum gekry.    Een van die spanne - Kruis-Kilos en Greyling - wat aan die Desert Flower Run kom deelneem in Julie, befonds die boor van die 1ste gat EN rus dit toe met 'n son pomp.   Dankie !! Dankie Vader! GLORY !!    Terwyl ons die pad m.b.v 'n GPS deur die bos na die plek waar die gat geboor gaan word uit meet en oop kap - was ons verbaas en was dit so 'n bevestiging - dat ons besig is om in te CLUTCH met ons Vader se wil vir New Xanagas - toe ons sien dat ons PRESIES op die 1 ste antieke pad wat in 1983 begin is om vuurmaak hout te soek, werk. Die 2 paaie is op dieselfde plek!

    Die 1ste gat behoort aan Oster en Two Bob se familie en hulle het dit BLESSING gedoop, in Nharo geskryf natuurlik. Die doel is nie om geld te maak nie - ons gaan oorvloedig bok en Meat Master skape wat blare vreet beskikbaar hê vir die sop kombuis in New Xanagas en ons kan groente plant met die konstante stroom water. Die tuin in New Xanagas is net vol kweek want daar gaan dae om wat daar net nie water is nie.

    Die ander interessante punt is dat Oster AL sy bokke verkoop het in die 2 jaar stryd om te oorleef terwyl Two Bob studeer het.

New Xanagas Goat Farmers Project

    Come - you and me - you who are reading these words - let's use the principle of crowd funding - MANY PEOPLE give each ONE a little bit of water (currency) and together we brake the power of poverty in New Xanagas. Christ came to give Life and Abundance - the thief came to steal and kill and destroy. John 10:10

    Together we will reach the target - we start with ONE family to help them with a proper, reachable and workable project.   Our Father provided already for the cost of the drilling and equipping of the first borehole. GLORY !!

    We are half way with the 10 km path to the drill site in the bush.

    The next challenge is the fencing material for the 500 x 500 m - solar electric - moveable camp. Cost Us $ 8,000.

Let's do it - Let's assist Bushmen families in the Kalahari of Botswana to become sustainable goat farmers.

The Bushmen Community of New Xanagas in Botswana (New Xanagas Map) has been living on their own farm of 40,000 hectare since 1983 but all their cattle, donkeys, horses and goats are drinking at ONE drinking spot. This causes overgrazing, no control and little income. In fact some of the poorest of the poor are living in New Xanagas.

The Government of Botswana gave permission to a few families to drill their own borehole on their own 4000 hectare land. They also subsidize the first USA $12.000 to drill a borehole. The cost to drill a bore hole of 200 meter is about USA $20.000 - the $8.000 difference must be raised by themselves.

Let's use the crowdfunding method to help SIX families.

Below is the information for ONE family:

To DRILL a Borehole: $20.000 - We already have $12.000 in Government subsidy - We need $8.000.
To EQUIP the bore hole with a solarpump, tank and water reticulation: $7.000.
Erect a movable 500m x 500m solar electric fence to protect their goats from predators like jackals, leopard and theft: $8.000.
Enable them to manage and give drinking water to their own animals.
Produce vegetables for own consumption and to sell for an income.
Supply a soup kitchen in New Xanagas with goat meat to give food to old, poor and disabled people.
TOTAL/1 x Family: $33.000.
TOTAL/6 x Families: $198.000.

What can you do?

Let's use the crowdfunding principle – many people donate a little bit to reach the aim of USA $198.000 to drill 6 boreholes and equip them for 6 families.

   2 + 2 = 4 Jy twyfel nie - jy WEET - dis WAAR - jy is SEKER van wat ons nie sien nie - verduidelik ek vir die stampvol kerk vol kinders - soos in Heb 11 vers 1. Ons Vader is hier - by jou - in jou.   Christus is die Pad - Waarheid en Lewe.

    Ek het al genoem dat ek nie 'n gawe het om met kinders te werk nie.    Soos alles het ek my onkundigheid ook vir ons Vader gegee - soos Jesus sê - werp al julle worries op Hom en nou gebeur hier iets - wil dit nie 'n herlewing noem nie - Sondae en Woensdae aande is die kerk vol - dis wonderlik - kinders se lewens verander - die skoolhoof sê "even the bullying in the hostels stop." GLORY!! Dankie dat jy bid en gee dat ons hier kan bly.

    Die Sondae en Woensdae aande byeenkomste is vir my die belangrikste rede om hier te wees - bly 'n wonderlike geleentheid om op 'n Boesman skoolterrein te bly.    Alles wat verder gebeur is net bonus.

    Die reaksie op die Desert Flower Run en Walk is goed - kom jy? 3 Julie vir 4 Julie 2015 - gaan 'n ondervinding wees.

    Die reaksie op die Goat Farming projek was nie so goed nie - 50 USA $ uit VSA en 2 x 20 USA Dollars uit Europa en so R2000 - DANKBAAR. Glo ons Vader sal op Sy manier voorsien.    Die boor kwotasie vir die eerste gat, 150 m diep - is toe net 131,000 Pula, ons het mos P120,000 subsidie - so ons kort net so R 13,000 en die 10 km pad deur die bos - waar ons gaan draf moet gekap word - sal die R2000 vir kos en diesel gebruik.

    More kom hier 'n span van 25 studente - dankie Vader vir kos vir hulle - geestelik en fisies. GLORY !!

DESERT FLOWER RUN or WALK. New Xanagas . Botswana. 3 July for 4 July 2015

Hi Runners     - Desert Flower Run is back!!      Those of you who ran it in the past - this is a entirely new experience - those thorn branches that scratched our legs, are now 2 meter high bushes - a real challenge - you will enjoy it!!

Only 5 months left!!

WE HAVE AN UNLIMITED ENTRY !! Run or Walk.

You take part in this race entirely on your own risk. We wanted to cancel the run last year after some runners really suffered to reach the end. Even a Bushman got lost because of a cloudy sky.

PLEASE!! Make sure how to use your GPS.

It will be just ± 20 km but some of the groups took 5 - 7 hours to complete it in the past - I don't speak about the Bushman ladies - they got lost in 2008 and walked from 09h00 to 17h00 !!

It is NOT possible to search for you - just stay in your group with a GPS. A search party will start to follow your tracks the next day - I don't think you will survive the winter night with only your running gear !

Please arrive on Friday during the day since we will leave VERY EARLY for the starting line on Saturday 4 July 2015.   Driving time is ± two + hours it is about 40 km, we don't go straight to the start - the truck will be faster this year !!

If you don't have a GPS - come, we found that the groups run together, they form small "buses".

It is very important that every bus leader - the man with the GPS in his hand - should PLEASE take responsibility for every runner in his group. It will even be better if there are 2 GPS's in a group. The Kalahari is such that you can be lost in minutes. There are NO visual points of reference. Only the sun.   Remember - if I don't say it again - watch your shade when you start your run! You will be running in a North - East direction - the shade will be on your left side to begin with - it should move slowly behind you as you progress. Actually this will not work because mid day the sun is directly above you !   DON'T GET LOST !!!

NB ! There is a lot of dry grass with seeds, you will be wise to protect your socks with something - plastic, canvas "kamaste", pieces of shade net works very good.

You must carry your own water, ± 3 liter will be enough, you will run longer than your ordinary 20 km, average 5 - 7 hours, since it is sandy and you won't be running in a straight line or pathway. You may encounter a patch of encroaching bush which will force you to make a detour!!

Remember the slowest runner in your group will determine your speed - we are actually running for the joy!

A few Bushmen youth will also run with us, if you have some second-hand running shoes ± nr 6 - it will really be welcome.

We will camp at the finish line in New Xanagas and leave Sat morning early with the Glory Lorry, a 4x4 Bedford for the starting line. The path to the START is open you can drive with your 4x4 if you wish.    The start is 20 km from New Xanagas. You set your GPS to - GO TO New Xanagas - and we run or walk.

At the Finish line you will receive a seed of the Devils claw plant as medal.

New Xanagas is 1100 km from Pta on the Trans Kalahari Highway, 60km from the Namibian border you will get Karakubis where you turn south to New Xanagas 38 km on a good gravel road with sand tracks. If you have a small vehicle just drive slowly and keep left avoiding the tracks!

You enter New Xanagas with Grace, at the T – junction with Love turn right at the GLORY!! sign, left at the next GLORY !! sign - you will find us at the end of the street.

Please leave early enough to arrive Friday 3 July day time - the potjie will be ready. If you are late the potjie will be finished - there are always many hungry children who enjoy any food. Please don't bring sweets for the children - oranges or apples please.

DON"T forget your passport and they may ask your vehicle's papers. At the border they will ask you who you are going to visit - on the form - just write Rev Joubert PO Box 41 Charles Hill and ask enough days to visit. Four to five days should do the trick.

NB !! Fill up at Kang. Next petrol is at Tsootsha - 310 km from Kang - If you come from the Namibian side, there is fuel at Buitepos and at Charles Hill.

Remember it is VERY cold in the night, you don't need a tent, it will not rain??, good sleeping bag plus a blanket!! Ground sheet NB!!

Please bring a torch - flash light - you don't want to step on a scorpion!

No official numbers necessary, run in a T shirt, days are warm.

Sondag oggend - in 'n koel 40 grade plus - in die skadu van 'n boom - saam met 3 manne ...........

    Sondag oggend - in 'n koel 40 grade plus - in die skadu van 'n boom - saam met 3 manne - wat die engel se taal verstaan - was ek dankbaar.
Jesus het mos gesê - waar 2 of 3 bymekaar is - IS Hy - God ons Vader.   Ek het hoeka vanoggend vir Hom gevra en dankie gesê dat my pad sal kruis met hulle met Wie Hy 'n afspraak het.    Hierdie pad het gewoonlik geen verkeer nie - vanoggend, by die hek, sodat ons kan groet en praat en uit die kokende voertuie kan klim en boom toe skuif - hoor hulle die goeie nuus van die Koninkryk van God ons Vader wat hier is en Wie sorg en hulle vertrek verder in Vreugde. Ek het hulle nou net nie gedoop soos die hofdienaar van Ethiopië nie!

    Dis vir my heerlik om so by hulle uit te kom wat nooit of min in 'n kerk kom.

    Ons gaan vandag gou vir 'n blinde ou man in Karakubis 'n huis tent bou - of liewer net nuwe seile opsit - die son het die oues gaar gebrand.

    Daar kom ook vandag so 'n klein spannetjie van Amerika af - Adventours in Missions - Glory!!

Dankie Vader dat ek hier in New Xanagas by my Boesman familie kan...............

      Dankie Vader dat ek hier in New Xanagas by my Boesman familie kan wees op Kersdag - het dit 'n paar keer deur my kop refrein. Dina is alleen by die huis - sy was OK. Ek was hier. As ek nie hier was nie was hier niks - nie 'n kerk - het hulle nie die Woord gehoor nie - nie twee groot potte vol kos - dankie Vader vir rys, vleis en groente - dankie Frederik vir die sakke rys - dit was 'n fees vir meer as 150 kinders en groot mense.      In die begin moes ek die kook werk doen - nou doen Two Bob en 'n baie bekwame span alles.   Die bakkie se nuwe dakrak help dat ek sommer groot stukke hout - jong bome kan laai.    GLORY !!

    Tydens die diens was dit ook 'n fees - 'n jong Herero meisie het ook in haar taal die Evangelie gedeel - Oster in Nharo het gepreek en ook nagmaal bedien - ek het 'n paar kinders gedoop - was 'n fees.

    Dankie Vader dat ek hier kan wees en dat U sorg.

    Baie seën en Blessings vir jou elke dag.

    Ek werk aan 'n engelse brief waarmee ons ons eie crowd funding ding wil doen - dis 'n manier waar baie mense 'n bietjie water laat vloei en dan word dit 'n stroom waarmee ons vir Oster en sy familie 'n boorgat boor - toerus met son panele en pomp en help om 'n verskuifbare solar kamp stelsel te koop en help met opleiding om dit te bedryf.    Op die oomblik drink meer as 1000 diere by een drink plek en loop chaoties rond - geen beheer en bitter min inkomste. Dankie Vader vir Wysheid.

    Die Boesman karakters in God's Must be Crazy het die kinders lekker laat lag gisteraand want hulle verstaan die Boesman taal wat gepraat word. Die skole sluit en ek bederf hulle met so 'n film.

    Na die tyd vir elk Woorde op papier gegee wat hulle huistoe kan vat en hulle herinner dat hulle Christus se Ambassadeurs is en dat hulle die mense by die huis ook die Goeie Nuus van ons Vader in Wie ons leef en Is moet vertel.

    Ek en Gideon is op pad Pretoria toe.    Ek moet by 'n tandarts uit kom en het ander ontmoetings.

    Ek slaap weer elke aand op 'n ander plek - dit werk lekker. Kuier sonder 'n vuur - beter as niks. Laat weet as jy wil gesels.

"Julle is soos bome geplant by waterstrome...." sê 'n klein dogtertjie gisteraand vir 'n kerk vol kinders, sy lees Psalm 1.    Dit het my net weer Dankbaar gemaak om hier by Xanagas te wees. Twee volwasse vroutjies wat as kindertjies hier op die planke gesit het, help met die program.

    Vir die wat miskien nie weet nie - ons huis is op die skool terrein, ek het 'n waterdigte skadunet kerk gebou waar daar elke Woensdag en Sondag aand 'n byeenkoms is. Hulle sing en bid en hoor die Woord en word Bome geplant by water strome. Dankie Vader.

    O ja - ons het 'n wonderlike 3 dae sTs of StS (simply The story) kursus - aangebied deur Gerhard en sy span Gerhard.marx@davarpartners.com van Davar - in Gantsi bygewoon.    Jy leer om dele - stories - uit die Bybel te memoriseer. Werklik goed gewees.    Wanneer ons Vader Voorsien dat die kampterrein gebou word - sal sTs 'n belangrike deel van die curriculum wees.   Daar was verteenwoordigers van 27 kerke van Gantsi by die kursus. Dankie vir Coby en Hessel wat dit gereël het.   GLORY!!

Dina en ek is 44 jaar getroud die maand die 21ste. Ek vat haar .......

      Dina en ek is 44 jaar getroud die maand die 21ste.   Ek vat haar vir 'n paar dae Sentrale Kalahari Wildtuin toe dat sy kan weg kom en bietjie rus.     Kan jy glo dat sy solank met my uitgehou het?!   Dankie Vader.
    Die paar dae voor volmaan is die beste tyd om te kamp.   Wildlife se rule nr one is Minimum 2 vehicles    wanneer jy op daai paaie ry.   Dina en my se 1ste reël is - Maksimum 1 voertuig en 2 mense.

    Ons vat nie eers 'n tent saam nie.   Sy slaap agter en ek voor.    Kan 'n paar goed beteken as ek so na die sinnetjie kyk.

    Ek het teen 'n staal balk vasgeloop, is mos die langste Boesman in die wêreld - kon my nek nie beweeg nie.   Gisteraand bid 'n klomp kinders vir my terwyl ek op my hurke sit - wens jy kon dit beleef (die bid deel, nie die besering!) - my nek beweeg - moet hom net mooi op pas.
